Accessible Yoga Class (Online)

Accessible 60‑minute Zoom classes designed for everybody with simultaneous chair, standing and floor options so you choose what feels safe and useful each moment; sessions use predictable structure, clear invitational language and trauma‑aware facilitation to build strength, balance and nervous‑system regulation at your own pace.

Class flow

  • Gentle arrival and grounding.
  • Joint‑friendly warm‑ups to mobilise ankles, hips, thoracic spine and shoulders.
  • Two short skill blocks focused on functional stability
  • Low‑pressure integration or relational micro‑practice.
  • Guided restorative down‑regulation

What you need

  • Sturdy chair, cushion or bolster, block or heavy book, mat if using the floor, and any mobility aids.
  • Women‑only class, adaptable for sensory and neurodiverse needs, with clear stop/regress guidance.
