Specialist Programs: 4 to 8-week yoga therapy series for stress, PTSD, emotional healing, and hormonal balance.
Sound Healing: Monthly sound healing sessions with some time for nervous system regulation.
Private Sessions: Personalized support tailored to your body, your story, your needs.
Live Classes through Zoom in Perth: Yin & Yang, Stretch & Yin, and therapeutic gentle stretching. Forecasted to recommence June 2026.

Day Retreats: Half Day and Day Retreats that are trauma informed to regulate the nervous system.

Held in the heart of Mundaring, each session weaves together crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding breath to create a nonverbal experience of safety and release. Whether you're arriving with tension, fatigue, or curiosity, you're welcome to rest, receive, and be held—just as you are.

Calm Core Collective - 4 Week Nervous System Reset.
A trauma‑sensitive, evidence‑informed four‑week yoga series for adults that blends gentle strength and functional movement with breath‑timing skills and a brief sound‑supported restorative close.
Designed to support people living with PTSD, anxiety, chronic stress, or hormonal changes or anyone looking for a regular relaxation practice. The program integrates techniques to help participants build an everyday functional toolkit of practices.
Each 60‑minute class prioritises predictable sequencing (movement anchors → graded activation → breath integration) and finishes with a 10–15-minute sound immersion integration.
Time: 10am - 11.00am

I've teamed up with some amazing yoga teachers to offer free yoga classes to the community.
These classes are based out of Buddhist Society of Western Australia Nollamara Community Centre.
Held on Saturdays at 5pm, see image for upcoming classes or through Buddhist Society of WA social media page or website.
Anyone can attend these sessions for free, you do not need to be associated with BSWA.
All you need is a yoga mat and a open heart.
The session are suitable for beginners and well practiced yogis.
Sessions are 45mins long with a beautiful slow flow to help you relax and restore your body.
