Therapeutic Yoga: Gentle Movement for Nervous System Reset
Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle, evidence-informed practice designed to support people navigating fatigue, cancer recovery, chronic illness, hormonal transitions and emotional stress.
Each class blends adaptive movement, breathwork, and guided rest to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
You’ll be invited to move slowly, rest deeply, and listen inwardly. Poses are modified for mobility limitations, and comfort. Whether you’re lying down, seated, or supported by props, every shape is optional, and every breath is welcome.
The last 10minutes meditation will be guided by sound healing.
What to Expect:
Trauma-sensitive cueing and invitational language
Restorative, and gentle stretching sequences
Breath awareness and nervous system regulation
A compassionate space for all bodies, all stories
10 minutes of Sound healing at the end
This class is open to all—no experience needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling more whole.
