These one‑to‑one sessions offer a calm, supportive space for you to reconnect with your body through gentle stretching, functional movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, energy, and capacity on the day.

This is a space designed for people who want a quieter, more individualised approach — especially those navigating ADHD, chronic illness, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, sensory sensitivity, or anyone who simply prefers a private, grounded environment.

No experience is required. Everything is offered as an invitation, never an expectation.

Each 60‑minute session includes:

  • Gentle, adaptive stretching and functional movement

  • Breathwork to support down‑regulation and nervous‑system balance

  • Guided relaxation or sound‑supported rest

  • A predictable, trauma‑sensitive structure

  • Options, choice, and agency at every step

Before your first session, you’ll complete a short intake form so I can understand what you’re seeking support with — whether that’s stress, mobility, grounding, pain management, emotional regulation, or simply a weekly reset.

Pricing

60‑minute private session — $100

This includes booking fees, room hire, personalised planning, and post‑session resources if needed.

Booking Process

Sessions are by appointment only.

To secure the room and your session time:

  1. Payment is made upfront

  2. Choose your preferred days/times, provide options

  3. Once payment is received, your session will be locked in and the room is booked

  4. Should your preferred days/times not be available, a full refund will be issued.

Rescheduling is available with notice; details will be included in your confirmation email.
