In addition to live‑streamed classes, we now offer in‑person 4‑week yoga therapy programs—small, trauma‑informed cohorts that focus on predictable sequencing, breath‑with‑movement skills, and practical home toolkits delivered by email. Each series includes a brief intake, weekly 60‑minute sessions, and a simple progress tracker so you leave with measurable skills to continue your practice.

We also run monthly sound healing sessions—live, restorative gatherings that use gentle sound immersion to support deep down‑regulation and group connection.

Angela Black is a trauma-informed experienced yoga teacher & sound facilitator and yoga therapist in training, based in Perth, Western Australia. She specializes in integrative programs for women navigating hormonal transitions (peri-menopause and menopause), women affected by cancer, chronic illness, and emotional healing.
Rooted in scientific research and soulful care, each session is designed to support emotional safety, physical resilience, and inner healing—meeting you exactly where you are, with compassion and grace.

Her classes—whether live on Zoom, on-demand, or in person—blend gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to support resilience, rest, and reconnection. Angela is deeply committed to making yoga accessible for every body, especially those living with illness, post-surgical limitations, trauma or seeking balance through life's physical and emotional shifts. She integrates scientific research with lunar rhythms, meridian wisdom, and compassionate presence to create spaces where healing unfolds naturally.
